朱汉章针刀学术思想对现代医学的贡献

摘要探讨朱汉章教授发明针刀医学的基础理论与理论思想对现代医学的贡献。针刀医学最重要的四个基本理论分别是：1.关于闭合性手术理论；2.慢性软组织组织损伤病因、病理学理论；3.骨质增生新的病因学理论；4.关于经络实质的新认识。对现代医学的推展作用分别是1.开拓中医外科治疗方式；2.推广疗效确实的现代微创外科手术；3.针刀通畅脏腑信息传递可治疗内科疾患；4.配合整脊推拿手法可提高针刀医学的疗效；5.医院中医科开拓新业务；6.变化针刀操作技术可减少疼痛增加疗效；7.针灸针与手术刀结合成新医疗器械可缩短疗程；8.针刀医学是可与中医针灸学、西医外科学相辅相成的新医学。结论：朱教授发明与倡导针刀医学，教导医师们在临床应用针刀疗法，如果操作规范化，对解剖结构与经络循行路径掌握清楚，则可增加疗效减少副作用。朱教授针刀学术思想对现代医学具有卓越贡献。
